HOW QUICKLY CAN YOU ANSWER MY QUESTION?

CAN I CHANGE MY DELIVERY ADDRESS AFTER I HAVE PLACED MY ORDER?

Once an order is placed, it may be packed and shipped within 24 hours. If you need to change the address, email us immediately with your name and order number. While we cannot guarantee changes after the order leaves our warehouse, we will do our best to accommodate your request.

HOW LONG IS THE PROCESSING TIME?

Processing time for orders is typically 1-3 days, depending on current order volume.

GENERAL SHIPPING INFORMATION:

Our warehouse operates Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays. Orders are prepared within 1-3 days and transit time is 7-14 days.

WILL MY ORDER BE DELIVERED IN A SINGLE PARCEL?

Depending on the size of your order, it may arrive in multiple packages, which could be delivered 1-2 business days apart.

OUT OF STOCK/BACKORDER ITEMS:

If an item is out of stock, we will notify you by email with an estimated restock date. If restocking will take more than two weeks, a refund will be issued for those items.

ADDRESS CHANGES:

If you notice an error in your delivery address, email us immediately with your name and order number. We will attempt to correct it before shipping, but cannot guarantee changes once the package has left our warehouse.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

You can track your order by visiting the "Track My Order" link on our homepage or main menu and entering your tracking number. For additional help, contact us directly.

WHY IS MY TRACKING NUMBER NOT WORKING?

Tracking numbers may not work for international orders. If your tracking number is not functioning, contact us to confirm your items have been shipped correctly.

WHAT CAN I DO IF SOMETHING IS MISSING OR DAMAGED FROM MY ORDER?

WHAT CONDITION MUST THE PRODUCTS BE IN TO BE RETURNED?

Products must be returned in their original packaging and unused.

WHO PAYS THE SHIPPING COSTS FOR RETURNS?
